Get ready to join the harvest fray as we host a hands-and-feet-on harvest demonstration as part of the Paso Robles Harvest Wine Weekend. The action will take place in the demonstration vineyard adjacent to our hospitality center and will conclude with a delicious harvest luncheon.

Starting at 11:00 a.m., you will learn all of the tricks of the harvest trade; from leaf pulling to crop thinning to ripeness measuring. You will then pick and stomp your own grapes, completing your 2011 harvest experience.

Your labors will be rewarded with a traditional Swiss-style harvest lunch prepared by Chef and Director of Hospitality Martin Columberg.
