In this class, you will learn the process of professional wine tasting. You will also learn to identify and describe the components of wine. You will taste at least 8 wines and have an in-depth discussion about your preferences, building your taste-memory and giving you more power to identify and choose wines you enjoy. This class will provide you with a solid base to build upon in future classes and tastings.

Class size is limited to 20 participants in order to promote group interaction and increase learning potential. This is the first of a four part series.
